NOW HIRING – DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY

RMCCA is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to join our leadership team. We are looking for a motivated pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily hospital pharmacy operations and staff
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy requirements
• Managing and maintaining compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program
• Overseeing medication safety, purchasing, inventory, and controlled substances
• Managing the pharmacy budget and supporting cost-effective medication practices
• Working closely with administration, physicians, nursing, and other hospital departments

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current Alabama pharmacist license or eligibility for Alabama licensure
• Hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
• 340B experience preferred

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Based on pharmacy and hospital operational needs
