Clinical Pharmacist - 3rd shift *SIGN-ON BONUS*

Clinical Pharmacist – Full-time 3^rd shift (7-on/ 7-off):

$25,000 sign-on bonus; Relocation bonus

 Job Description – Huntsville Hospital is seeking to fill two 3^rd shift clinical pharmacist positions that are currently available at the Main hospital campus. The 3^rd shift positions are 7-on/7-off. The hours are Mon-Fri 2100-0730 and Sat-Sun 2100-0830. While the per-pay period hours only total 72, it is a full time position, and the pharmacist is compensated for 80 hours every two weeks. In addition to an above-average base salary, the pharmacist will receive 3^rd shift differential pay. Pharmacists accrue Earned Time Off (ETO) at a generous rate with a 100% cash-in option. Pharmacists play an integral role in the healthcare team at Huntsville Hospital and are relied on heavily for clinical and operational expertise. Duties include order verification, central pharmacy distribution, sterile product distribution, initiation of pharmacokinetic consults, and responding to emergency codes, such as Code Blue Alerts, Heart Alerts, and Stroke Alerts. The 3^rd shift pharmacy team consists of 4 pharmacists and 5 technicians each week. Pharmacists also have the ability to pick up shifts on off-weeks if desired.
